Support Community Connection
Immigrant Family Services provides a variety of services to support all families in Connecticut who may be in need. Immigrant Family Services also helps new immigrants to transition and adjust to life in America appropriately in order to lay a foundation for them for a successful future. We provide individual and group programs tailed to meet the needs being addressed.
We are committed to:
- Providing support services to families who might be struggling
- Connect families to community services and agencies that can be supportive
- Providing advocacy for families in the educational system and social services
Other ways we can help:
- Finding language training opportunities and other community resources
- Providing support services in the community to help in their settlement process
- Providing job training opportunities to gain work experience through various avenues
- Connecting individuals and families with people from diverse cultural groups
